
Most people do not know what is Yoga. Yoga is a kind of exercise, but it has two types are hot and normal class. Hot yoga class which is doing yoga in hot room, and before you do this class you must sleep enough about 7-8/day because you will use much energy to do. The hot class is hotter than normal a little bit, but it can diet better. Normal class is same all hot class, but it differs in temperature.
You can do it in every time. It helps your health better.When you are tense, yoga will reduce stressful well. In my opinion, yoga is the best exercise for me because it is not tried too much, and I will relax if I do it in every evening.
