Tutorial Schools/A necessity or a luxury?

Nowadays, we will see many tutorial schools which are extra class that study after school or in holiday such as Enconcept, The brain, somsri and etc. Each place will differ about subject that you want to learn, but some parents think is not necessary to go to tutoring, and they do not finance just their children pay attention to what the teacher said in class and study hard at home that is enough

I think once class for learning is so expensive, and some location is far away from their home it cause parents worry children that how to go and come back home. Those reasons are some of my though that some people think like me.
